Just a short note about an English listening product created by Caroline Brown. It is a good tip for people studying for the above exams.

My impressions:
My first impression was that it is just a .pdf and some sound files, it is however, very useful with an easy method to learn enjoyably and efficiently. It is not a beginners program, so you need to be at least intermediate level to gain from this system. As a student or teacher of the English proficiency exams, this is a wise investment at $27.
