Monday, March 31st, 2008“used to” means that something often happened in the past but does not happen now.
“used to” means that something often happened in the past but does not happen now.
This is a big grammar problem especially for German speakers. There is a simple rule to follow:
I am often asked the difference between “a little” and “a few”. It is really quite simple when you know the rule. (these are called quantifiers)
